Top human rights activist send to prison in Bangladesh

One of the most senior & top human rights activist named Adilur Rahman Khan has been arrested by Bangladeshi law enforcement authority.

Earlier he was abducted from his resident by detective Branch yesterday night at 10 pm.

Today Police bring him at Dhaka chief metropolitan court sought a 10-day remand to question human rights organisation Odhikar's Secretary.

The authority accusing him, exposing the 5th may Dhaka genocide on Hefazote Islam activist and supporters by Bd security force & ruling party Awamileague cadres by his human rights organization Odhikar, which violate the section 57 of the Bangladesh Penal Code.

The opposition 18 party alliance, social, cultural and human rights organizations demand to free him as soon as. They also include such kind of steps by the govt. is a bad sign for democracy and human rights.
