শবে-বরাত - লাইলাতুল-ক্বদর

(2) আমি একে নাযিল করেছি। এক বরকতময় রাতে, নিশ্চয় আমি সতর্ককারী।

We sent it (this Qur’ân) down on a blessed night [(i.e. night of Qadr, Sûrah No: 97) in the month of Ramadân,, the 9th month of the Islâmic calendar]. Verily, We are ever warning [mankind that Our Torment will reach those who disbelieve in Our Oneness of Lordship and in Our Oneness of worship].

(3) এ রাতে প্রত্যেক প্রজ্ঞাপূর্ণ বিষয় স্থিরীকৃত হয়।

Therein (that night) is decreed every matter of ordainments. (আল-কুরআন-৪৪, আয়াত-২, ৩)

(১৮৫) রমযান মাসই হল সে মাস, যাতে নাযিল করা হয়েছে কোরআন, যা মানুষের জন্য হেদায়েত এবং সত্যপথ যাত্রীদের জন্য সুষ্পষ্ট পথ নির্দেশ আর ন্যায় ও অন্যায়ের মাঝে পার্থক্য বিধানকারী। কাজেই তোমাদের মধ্যে যে লোক এ মাসটি পাবে, সে এ মাসের রোযা রাখবে। আর যে লোক অসুস্থ কিংবা মুসাফির অবস্থায় থাকবে সে অন্য দিনে গণনা পূরণ করবে। আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্য সহজ করতে চান; তোমাদের জন্য জটিলতা কামনা করেন না যাতে তোমরা গণনা পূরণ কর এবং তোমাদের হেদায়েত দান করার দরুন আল্লাহ তা’আলার মহত্ত্ব বর্ণনা কর, যাতে তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার কর।

The month of Ramadân in which was revealed the Qur’ân, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong). So whoever of you sights (the crescent on the first night of) the month (of Ramadân i.e. is present at his home), he must observe Saum (fasts) that month, and whoever is ill or on a journey, the same number [of days which one did not observe Saum (fasts) must be made up] from other days. Allâh intends for you ease, and He does not want to make things difficult for you. (He wants that you) must complete the same number (of days), and that you must magnify Allâh [i.e. to say Takbîr (Allâhu-Akbar; Allâh is the Most Great) on seeing the crescent of the months of Ramadân and Shawwâl] for having guided you so that you may be grateful to Him. (আল-কুরআন-৪৪, আয়াত-২, ৩)

(১) আমি একে নাযিল করেছি শবে-কদরে।

Verily! We have sent it (this Qur’ân) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree)

(2) শবে-কদর সমন্ধে আপনি কি জানেন?

And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is?

(3) শবে-কদর হল এক হাজার মাস অপেক্ষা শ্রেষ্ঠ।

The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allâh in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months, i.e. 83 years and 4 months).

(4) এতে প্রত্যেক কাজের জন্যে ফেরেশতাগণ ও রূহ অবতীর্ণ হয় তাদের পালনকর্তার নির্দেশক্রমে।

Therein descend the angels and the Rûh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] by Allâh’s Permission with all Decrees,

(5) এটা নিরাপত্তা, যা ফজরের উদয় পর্যন্ত অব্যাহত থাকে।

Peace! (All that night, there is Peace and Goodness from Allâh to His believing slaves) until the appearance of dawn. (আল-কুরআন-৯৭, আয়াত-১-৫)

সিদ্ধান্তঃ

(18) যারা মনোনিবেশ সহকারে কথা শুনে, অতঃপর যা উত্তম, তার অনুসরণ করে। তাদেরকেই আল্লাহ সৎপথ প্রদর্শন করেন এবং তারাই বুদ্ধিমান।

Those who listen to the Word [good advice Lâ ilâha ill-Allâh (none has the right to be worshipped but Allâh) and Islâmic Monotheism, etc.] and follow the best thereof (i.e. worship Allâh Alone, repent to Him and avoid Tâghût, etc.) those are (the ones) whom Allâh has guided and those are men of understanding (like Zaid bin ’Amr bin Nufail, Salmân Al-Fârisi and Abû Dhar Al-Ghifârî).
