It is a stupid decision. Two hours are not enough. Social distance ? what is it? A Bank may have two tellers sitting two end of the counters . People lining up to enter a bank standing 6 feet apart. How long is the line and how much time is needed to attend each customer ? None of that is taken into consideration. A Bank Manager should be instructed how to manage the line. Otherwise , people will risk to crowed in front of the Bank.
