Many of the conditions are unconstitutional and illegal . For example; condition #2. Who will decide ? #4 Who is responsible for traffic ? Is traffic police department disbanded? If not who pay their salary? And, what is their duty? #8 Is cigarette illegal in Bangladesh? Most of it are full of stupidity. Whoever wrote them is seriously uneducated. How did he get the job?
